Tell Congress and President Bush your views on this idea or propose your own tax reform proposal. Congress.org usually has one up for both opposing and supporting but of course we want people to use their SUPPORT letter. The email goes to the person's Congress Rep, both Senators, AND the President as well.

Always keep in mind that our goal is 3000 petition signatures in each of the 435 congressional districts in the US. Mark Foley (16) and E. Clay Shaw (22) are members of the House Ways and Means Committee. Their districts each need 10,000 petition signers. This demonstrates to Congress the strength of the FairTax grassroots. Without this strength, we don't have the momentum to move HR 25 to a house floor discussion and vote.
Get a stack of petitions, go out there, talk up the FairTax and get signatures!!
That's the priority! |
